New Scarf Collection

I am so grateful to announce the release of my 2021 Spring/Summer scarf collection, now available on mioneplant.com!

As soon as I created my recent painting “Lollipop Skies”, I knew I wanted to transform this piece into a scarf. I love the idea of this painting living a colorful and breezy life even beyond the walls, as it spreads its silky wings across the country.

Also included in this collection, are the first two scarves I ever released. I was so pleasantly surprised to see how quickly these pieces sold out when they released in 2019, and really appreciate your requests to bring them back. You’ll find them now in stock on mioneplant.com.

Mom and me in May 2019 excitedly holding the very first prototypes of my paintings realized into silk scarves. A dream and a vision brought to life.

Many many thanks to the team at D Home for announcing this new scarf collection, along with a new collaboration I have in the works. Dallas friends, I hope you’ll grab a copy and check it out!

Now in Houston

Houston friends, I’m so touched by the energetic and meaningful response you’ve shared recently about my work! Thank you to my new and existing collectors for connecting with me through my recent print sale, and through my partner, Mont Art House.

Jennifer Monteleone and I are so thrilled to announce the local availability of two of my latest original paintings, now available at Mont Art House in Houston. I hope you’ll get to enjoy an in-person view of all the details I left for you to explore!

“The Liminal Space”, 27x34, Mont Art House

Did you see her there?

She’s in a Liminal Space - a transition space, a space where you’ve left something behind, yet are not fully in something else. It’s a place of listening, of becoming, of letting go of control so we can flow with the next step of our lives that is waiting for us.

“Finders Seekers”, 36x36, Mont Art House

I credit this daily practice, called ‘morning pages’, that I began in 2009, for leading me to becoming an artist following a 10-yr engineering career. Each butterfly, cut from my personal journals, contains the transformation of confusion into clarity.

New Series Coming Soon

I’ve been spending time in the studio on a new series of work that I’m so eager to share with you soon. Below you’ll see a peek at the color palette I’ve been working with across this collection of paintings. Can’t wait to reveal more, including the inspiration behind this work, with you shortly!

New series of work, coming soon!
